The technician was prompt and on time for the diagnostic part. He found this problem and ordered the parts to be shipped to the house. The parts arrived on a very short period of time. The technician was rescheduled to come out and install the parts. He was scheduled for a Wednesday. Wednesday we got a notice that he couldn't make it and was rescheduled for Monday. He did make it promptly on Monday. He installed the parts as required. The washing machine lives!!!
