Our refrigerator as been making a noise like a fan is hitting metal, but stops when you open refrigerator. He checked all fans & nothing. Refrig is quiet & of course not making noise when he arrives. He was very knowledgeable & nice. Funny too! My refrig is quiet at the moment. He told me if it happens again to record sound.

First, I was updated as to the arrival time so I knew what to expect. Parts have been sent before his arrival. Gagik was professional. He explained what he was doing, and was able to fix my appliance quickly and cleanly. He then even explained the proper water hose to get for my refrigerator as I had purchased a new one that would not work as well. I've always had wonderful service from the Sears home technicians and Gagik was every bit as good as I expect.
