Not only was he clearly knowledgeable, but he was courteous and friendly through all our interactions, and called in advance to communicate timing and what to expect. Rawle was very respectful and professional. Although he had difficulties with his work vehicle, he still made sure to arrive to my home to make sure he fixed my refrigerator. He greeted my daughter and began to work. He made sure to remain in communication with me until I arrived home. Once I arrived home, he made sure he explained everything in detail to me that he fixed and what was wrong with my refrigerator. He even gave me tips on my fridge on what temperatures to keep them at that was really helpful. He even made sure to clean up after himself, which I greatly appreciated being that I just got home from work.
