Sears Home Services repaired a leaking input valve on my 10 year old washing machine. Their response to my service request was excellent, within one day. Their diagnosis was clear and direct. They scheduled a follow up service visit and come when promised. Repair work was done quickly, without any mess, and done right. I recommend their service.

Although Juan M. Repair services were excellent and I absolutely would recommend his services to anyone needing refrigerator repairs. My only complaint is that I waited 2 hours beyond my scheduled appointment and no one contacted me to let me know. I would have appreciated that information. Communication to me is very important.

The technician was professional and completed the work as he stated but the freezer and ice maker is still not working properly. The CL E code still shows up on the refrigerator door.
