Blair, the technician was very friendly and helpful. However, on numerous occasions, I was unable to speak directly to a representative. There was also a day that I sat and waited from 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. saying he was showing up. Unfortunately, he never did and I didn't get a call until 5:39 p.m. from Bernice telling me my service would not be done that day. I requested she call me back which she never again called me back. Also, the wrong part was ordered. So it took 6 weeks to replace my icemaker when I had the part in 3 days!

I was impressed with Joseph, he is extremeley knowledgeable , and very experienced . He gets kind of moody sometimes, but I don't care, the most important thing for me is that he know whats he is doing and gets the work done perfectly. Thank you Joseph
