Drew is very knowledgeable and professional. He is courteous and explains what the issue was with my Frig and what he did to fix it. He gives clear and concise directions for any follow that is needed. I would recommend him to others needing a repair.

Dimitri was great but Sears not so much. Charged me diagnostic fee when I was clear on needing a new compressor. So I paid for a tech to come in and tell me what I needed and couldn't get repair if I needed it because no part.
