Michael was a fabulous technician, no complaints regarding his services. My refrigerator works again. I do however feel your scheduling is a problem. I received countless reminders for my appointment window which was 4 hours long waiting time only to wait beyond the scheduled time. I understand this can happen but there should be better communication in delays. Be better. Thank you
