Bardley Was wonderful to us highly recommend him and his service. He helped us when we could not get through all the automated nightmare of contacting robot answering service reps. He is a real and kind professional who took care of our family being without a working refrigerator.

I was pleasantly surprised that Karen (NOT Willa) was your technician that completed the work by putting the new part in my LG washer. She was quick and efficient. I asked her some questions about use and she answered and showed me using the controls. Mike Tafoya was your employees who came to my home to assess the problem with my LG washer. He was the RUDEST PERSON I have ever done business with! He is not a good representative for Sears!!!!!
