These technicians are good, but the scheduling system sucks. I have experienced this time and time again. The automated scheduling system lacks human input, and if you connect to a human, it often may be someone who speak English very well. I rate this 5 stars for the technician. For the overall experience, probably 2-3 stars.

Chad called to provide an estimate of his arrival, texted when on the way and when he arrived. Came in and listened well to my problem, asked a few relevant questions, explained the problem and what needed to be done, and thanked me. He also mentioned the 30-day service guarantee.
