Very Professional and Courteous
Albert came out to look at our LG Washer as it was emitting debris during wash cycles. Albert diagnosed the issue and took care of it. He gave advise on keeping the washer tub clean. Thank you Albert!

Bruce is excellent and most competent. He is the best service technician Sears ever sent out.As for your protection and maintenance agreement, it is terrible. Our problem with our refrigerator started Sept.3,2024, Called Sears to get someone out to fix it, kept getting cancelled, Bruce came out to fix it, Sears sent the parts back saying wrong address. He reordered the parts, Finally got it FIXED today(HOPEFULLY)!!!!Today is January 30,2025. Can you please have An Higher Up Person Call us and explain why it took so long to get parts and service dates to fix our Refrigerator!!!!!!!!!
