Mohammad was excellent! He had great communication and was on time, and followed through. Unfortunately, after three trips, the refrigerator is still not operable, but that is not due to anything Mohammad did, it just happens to be a bad product that will need to be replaced.

David was great. Professional, courteous, knew what he was doing. My issue though is beyond David's control. His device was giving him false information. He said the system told him parts were NLA. he assured me they were, but because of the system malfunction he couldn't even give me a price because sears "system" was acting up Based on his 35 years experience, he gave me a ballpark quote. $600 for 4 replacement rollers made out of China? More than the steel and motor and heating element? These rollers are no more than $1.00 each. I will never buy an LG again but to reiterate, David was great
