Rufus arrived earlier than he said, introduced himself, and immediately went to work. He had the problem diagnosed within 10 minutes. Went out to his truck, got the necessary part, went over the estimate and had it installed and had the oven working properly in 20 minutes. A job well done, Mr. King.

He's the best I've ever had come out ! I haven't had a chance to run the machine yet ! But he answered all my questions fixed the machine will taking several calls explaining to other techs what to check or how to fix an issue ! He's definitely one of a kind ! He deserves a raise if u ask me ! I was very impressed!!!
