Scott arrived to install parts that were ordered by another technician. He asked what the washer was doing and after I explained he started pepping for the parts replacement but also evaluating as he went. When he got the back off the washer he found that the rear stabilizer wasn't connected. He connected it then just replaced the springs and not the struts since they weren't even six months old. He also found the cover plate for the motherboard had come off due to the excessive vibration of the machine. He was very thorough and did a great job! My only problem with this experience was the website and the way it operates makes it almost impossible to take to a person and I was trying to find out why the technician didn't show up the day before (different tech). I had stayed home all day but no one ever contacted me and nobody showed up. Very unprofessional! Scott was a breath of fresh air and very professional!
