Kenneth M. is a fine, professional technician, who ernes my 5 stars! Sears became so bad, that I will NOT renew master coverage when it expires in 2027. Sears demands (!) 9 hour window, and sometimes even 11 hours window, which is a great disrespect for customer's life and time.

Brent was very nice and informative. He took his time and reviewed past notes on my chart to figure out what was happening with my freezer. The parts sent were not the right ones. He finally figured out what the problem was and hopefully fixed it.
