Robert explained why the washer has water returning back inside the washer after emptying. Partly it's poor quality parts and also thr drain hose is set too high. Our older washer never had this problem of emptying. Even though no repair was needed, I appreciated his thoroughness and explanation of the situation. We will get a better quality washer next time.

After the repair a month ago the dryer was not drying properly. The tech looked at it and found some items that needed to be cleaned. Which I did not know because of the fabric softener had left residue on the sensor. The tech was knowledgeable, curtiuos and professional.
