The first guy that came out dropped off the door gasket was in such a big hurry said he did not have a pump on his truck for a very common washer. He made another appointment for January 22nd nobody called or showed up. Timothy called me today he let me know when he would be here and when he was on his way very happy with this service provider. Very unhappy the way Sears does business.
