Vontrell is great- thanks to him my dishwasher is fixed. This ticket was open since August 2024- Sears Home Services customer service was awful and disorganized. I would never recommend this service to anyone, ever. I will make a point from now on to tell anyone considering a home warranty to use anyone but Sears Home Services. I will likely cancel my plan now that my dishwasher is fixed after over 6 months. Again, this was a terrible experience and not with the money.

Excellent! Brian is VERY thorough and explained every thing that caused our problem and how we could avoid it in the future. Great personality! We took the Sears Protect Plan after Brian explained it.
