The technician did a quick fast and clean job. This was about the 8th or 9th scheduled appointment. This started 12/30/24. I took my wife to call and talk to an actual person because her phone number wasn't in the system. Aside from the actual technician visit, your process needs to reintroduce live persons on the phone.
