I loved the fact that Christopher arrived within 2 hours of my initial call. He quickly diagnosed the problem, identified a remedy, ordered the parts before he left, the parts arrived at my house two days later and within a week of my initial call, my LG front loading washer was fully operational within a week of my initial call. I love the technology Christopher was using for it excelerated the process flow and left me as a happy delighted customer. Bravo!
