Enrique was a breath of fresh air. The first guy Jim was terrible first time he came we told him refrigerator not making ice he said nothing but dismantled our refrigerator and ordered new parts this is no refrigerator for Thanksgiving holidays. Next time he came he installed new parts he ordered only to discover they were the wrong parts now no refrigerator during Christmas holidays now another month the second week of February and Enrique repaired the refrigerator and it's working now so disappointing and sa inconvenient not having a working refrigerator that guy Jim no help no communication no thoughtfulness no tactics no nothing
