Within 10 minutes Osei made a diagnosis of the problem with my LG refrigerator. Because the problem was a failing compressor (& under Mfg 10 year Warranty) he made all the proper arrangements, as required by LG Company, for an LG Authorized Technician to be contacted to do the service. He also ordered the needed parts for the repair. Osei is truly a VALUABLE ASSET for the Sears Company.
