Refrigerator compressor repair
Michael was on time, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and efficient. He diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and repaired the problem in short order. Compared to previous visits by other Sears techs, more than a year ago, this repair issue was perfect. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you Michael. He's your best advertisement.

I was away at the time but Andrew was able via phone to provide me with the model number and serial number. This helped greatly so that I could contact LG and have them replace the compressor which Andrew informed me had a 10 yr warranty on it.
