Paul was the 4th technician scheduled for my appliance repair, the other technicians canceled when they learned last minute that they had to enter military housing. The technicians unfortunately aren't given alll details in advance. Paul showed poise under pressure, came through security and didn't cancel on me. Diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. So grateful

Logan is always great to work with. However, the Sears/Transformco/A&E appliance service scheduling organization is completely incompetent. The entire scheduling process needs to be redesigned. Awful.

Chance took the time to explain in detail what was happening to our dryer so that we understood what went wrong, what needs to happen in the future, and why it couldn't be fixed when another technician told us that it could. Thank you for your great customer service, Chance!
