Jacob top notch tech
Customer service SUCKS. Any phone communication with your company is awful. You must want it that way. You have some techs that simply are extremely uninformed and unprofessional. Jacob is NOT one of these. THATS WHY I DROPPED SEARS. . Plenty of other repair services out there .
