Clayton arrived and was directed to the washing machine. He asked for a description of what I had experienced with our washer and then ran the diagnostic tool. He knew in under 5 minutes what was going on and gave his recommendation for next steps so I could choose. Even though I did not choose to have him repair my appliance, mostly because of its age and the cost to repair, he was someone who I would call again or recommend to my friends.
