Extremely impressed with Ronnie, who was very knowledgeable about the issues we were having with our washer and dryer. He did a complete check of both machines and kept me informed the whole time he was here. A couple parts need to be replaced and ordered those while he was still here. I hope he's there one who comes back next week to put them in.
