Paul is a great asset to your company.
Paul is a great asset to your company and I appreciate everything he's done. Once I explained everything going on with the stove and icebox, Paul understood and took over from there. What I liked, when the stove was hot and when there wasn't a change in the temperature as I explained, Paul told me he'd test it and in the process pinpointed it exactly. He's a patient, friendly and a good-natured technician who's a people person. Recommended qualities for an exceptional business. Glad to know Paul will be returning to complete repairs on the icebox. Thanks so much for the service requested.
