Daniel was training a technician. He informed me of this prior to coming. He managed to take care of an appointment glitch in order for the appointment to occur. He was polite, efficient and thorough. I was able to hear him work with his trainee too. He was kind and patient. He appeared to be an excellent instructor. He complimented his trainee on the work and assisted him with the correct process.

Technician was polite. I will refrain further comments until I know if my ice maker was actually repaired. It appears that this was a part replacement more than an actual diagnostic determination. Still waiting to see if I get ice.
