Nathan was superb. He diagnosed the problem with our frig and order the appropriate parts in about 30 min. When the parts arrived earlier than expected, he offered to come out the next day and even rearranged that day's schedule to ensure he had sufficient time to accomplish the compressor replacement and test it out. We let the frig run empty for 12 hours before loading it with food. Its been running perfectly since Nathan did the repair. I'll happily recommend Nathan and Sears to my friends and neighbors.

Aaron was very good communicator and explained all his findings to me as he went through his repair functions. He was thorough in his diagnostic of the issue with the repairs on my ventless LG dryer. Upon completing his repair he actually sat through a drying cycle to verify operation of dryer that finished around 830 in the evening on a Saturday. Repair completed. Excellent technician. 5 stars. I just hope repair is final with these highly complicated electronic machines and multiple sensors that could fail at any time.
