What can I say, I hate it when an appliance goes out or something breaks. Calling on and getting quality service is tough. I called Sears Home Services., and was completely overwhelmed at how fast, efficient, and professional our technician was. Pat was his name and they I'd rate Pat on a 1-10 scale a 15. Oh my gosh, he was quick, personable, professional and top notch. Seriously a 15 on a 1-10 scale. He was so good we signed up for the full house care. Great job Sears Home Services.
