I really appreciate the professionalism and courtesy I experienced while Michael was in my home repairing my refrigerator. He also took the time to talk with me about my refrigerator and addressed all of my concerns. He helped me understand why it broke and what work he did on it. A previous tech told me it wasn't worth repairing but it's only 5.5 years old and was a very expensive refrigerator so I at least wanted to try and fix it. Michael walked me through everything he did to check my refrigerator after he completed the repairs and helped me feel comfortable with my decision to have it fixed. So fingers crossed that this dumb LG will last a few more years. Thank you Michael for all you did!!

Justice is fantastic! He contacted me first thing this morning and told me of his calls and his ETA to our home. Notified us when he was enroute to our place and was extremely informative, asked if we had questions about the repair. We are grateful that he showed up for this appointment. Our last scheduled appointment (9 Apr) ended with us having to call First American Home Warranty to ascertain the status of our repair only to be told that our appointment was cancelled without us being told. It was super frustrating to waste a day waiting for a repair that never happened!
