Steve was just not really doing anything his helper however was doing all labor and explaining to us what the problem was and how it occurred he also recommend us flushing out the water every six months to a year so that we will not have the same problem again in the future we forgot to ask for the name of the helper, but I guess they work together as a team and it all went well thank you

Ronnie was a very knowledgeable service repair person. He was very personable! He explained what was wrong and also explained a maintenence item I should do monthly. He showed me what to do, and explained why it was important. I really appreciate the service he gave and how efficient he was!
