Radio arrived as scheduled and have great customer service. He identified the repair needed immediately and had the part ready. Answered my questions and gave me all the information needed. Very helpful and friendly. Finished the repair in a timely manner. Thanks!

Minh the technician was friendly and professional. He fixed the washer in good time. The biggest problem I had was in your communication with the warranty company. I had provided them details on exactly what was wrong with the clothes washer and the model # of the machine - three different times because they evidently couldn't communicate through different departments. They said they were collecting that info so the field tech could try to diagnose ahead of time and hopefully have the anticipated parts ready when they arrived. Well... as soon as Minh arrived, guess what he asked me? What exactly is wrong with the washer and what is it doing? Do you have the model #? I was like, they didn't give that information to you after collecting if from me three different times already? His answer, 'No'. He was great, but management needs help.

My dishwasher had been having an intermittent issue where it would generate an error code and not run properly. Jim quickly discovered the problem and fixed it, even without the error code present and while it was working normally. We appreciate the great service!

John was great. Sears service is terrible. They cancel all time and take weeks to reschedule. If I had to choose I wouldn't use sears service center but I don't blame the technician. Took 6 months to finally fix oven.
