Liked technician but LG sucks
The technician was great. However, issue couldn't be fixed because LG sucks and doesn't want to replace the broken microwave they gave us.

Edward was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was efficient, arrived ahead of schedule, provided regular communication and cleaned up after completing the service visit. He replaced our condenser in our LG refrigerator and provided helpful information on what to do once the fridge had an opportunity to cool down to the correct temperature.
