This is the our 3rd visit for extended warranty maintenance on our 3 year old washer and dryer purchased at Sears Hometown in Blairsville Ga. Even though Sears is no longer open the service and customer service is excellent and very efficient. Our service man Russell is friendly, knowledgeable and also efficient. I would give company and Russell 5 rating all around. Thank you. See you next year.
