The tech did a great job, but I wish that they have a better system when they have to order part the tech say he didn't have a compressor for my refrigerator so he had to order that took time and I was without a refrigerator until the park was delivered

On the first visit the service man asked many questions and related the issue to service bulletins for our fridge. Then he placed an order for the necessary part on the spot and also setup an appointment for the replacement. The part was delivered to our house and on his return trip replaced it very quickly. We are extremely happy with the entire process.
