Paul was on time, very professional, and worked diligently to replicate the noise I was having with my washer. Unfortunately, we could not replicate it. Paul provided me with information regarding the Sears warranty for kitchen and laundry. I went ahead and purchased the 12 month warranty. It was a great experience with Sears and Paul.

Norman was great although he was unable to repair the refrigerator. He determined that the problem was a defective compressor which he found was still under the manufacturer's warranty and told us how to go about getting the compressor replaced. He was extremely personable and competent.
