Very professional
Mohammad was on time, he came in and got right on the job. It was only a maintenance call. He cleaned and corrected a few minor issues. He did an great job.

Mark did an awesome job, both with diagnosing the issue, ordering the part, and came out on a Saturday to fix our machine once we had it. He was pleasant and not afraid of my dog.

Jermaine was great! Unfortunately the cost to repair is close to the cost of a new fridge, so didn't repair the freon leaks, and the compressor is 12 years old. Would recommend sears appliance repair!

Jacob did a super job; he is not the problem. The problem is your service & week after week continual cancellations (5!) at a moments notice. We r disgusted with Sears & New Leaf for contracting with Sears. A terrible stressful process. No human to talk to. Only a robot. Disappointing. Unacceptable. Horrible. Worst review EVER. Sears can no longer be trusted. Embarrassing.
