Brian is a very nice guy, who took his time to methodically figure out or narrow down the problem. It wasn't the refrigerator, but we weren't sure. The good news is that he was able to make suggestions as what might need to be looked at and fortunately, (or unfortunately -- we are having a bad homeowner week), we already had a plumber coming!

John knows his job. He's knowledgeable and efficient. He got right in there, understood the issue immediately and fixed it quickly. I'm very impressed. John was personable, easy to talk to and easy going. If I ever have an issue again, I'd like having him back to do the job.

Barry quickly identified the source of the issue with my LG Studio refrigerator/freezer. Unfortunately, the cost did not justify the repair but atleast I know it makes more sense to buy a new appliance and I won't be buying LG anymore. Their appliances last a fraction of more reliable brands.
