I was able to get my dryer working before the technician came. He was nice enough to help me diagnose why the problem occurred and let me know it will happen again. I was unwilling to do the work to prevent it from happening again due to the cost. He was still so nice and I appreciate that

Mark came promptly on Monday and quickly determined that we at least needed a sensor. Might need more, but can't tell without the sensor. Ordered the part, it arrived Wednesday. Mark came back - again promptly - replaced the sensor and he was done. Great service!

Bennie has come to my house a couple of times to take care of an issue I was having with my microwave. The multiple trips were not his fault; what seemed like a simple issue turned out to be a bit more complicated than originally thought. Every time Bennie came to my house, he was cheerful, professional, and a pleasure to have in my home. Best wishes to you and yours Bennie, please don't ever change :)
