Tom was so very helpful helping with the refund process as I was so disappointed with my repair being delayed 3 times while I already had the parts. I could not wait that long and decided to cancel and buy a new frig. You are lucky to have a consciencious employee like Tom.

We have to say, John was Sooo good at what he does. He pulled the stove forward to get behind it where all the wires are located. After checking everything, he knew what to do. It would cost more to repair our current one, so we will be purchasing a new one tomorrow.
