The repairman that came out a week ago misdiagnosed the issue and ordered parts that were not needed and would not have fixed the problem. Paul took apart the washer and was quickly able to figure out the real issues. He showed me the parts that were broken so that I felt very comfortable with his guidance. It wouldn't have been cost effective to repair the machine so Paul was able to start the refund process for what I had paid from the misdiagnosis. Felt very confident and comfortable with his help.

I called Sears to get my washing machine problem diagnosed. I was pleased with prompt scheduling of an appointment. Trevor the technician arrived on time & was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and explained everything clearly. I would highly recommend Sears to anyone.

It took just 12 attempts bunch of cancellations and miscommunication. He connected the new longer cord 10 ft to the washer cord that was there 6 ft instead of replacing it with the longer cord. But he said that was a washer call not a dryer. But that got disconnected because to fix the dryer. Now it seems I don't feel safe where the dirty water goes out. I am going to give him 5 because I am happy that my machine is working.
