I appreciate his quick diagnostics. Too bad LG cant get proper customer service so the technician could have had the parts required to fix my washer at this appointment and not waste my time and his requiring another appointment. It is a simple fix and customer service should have understood it. Since LG outsources their customer care they don't understand anything you say nor could I understand anything they said. We definitely will never purchase another LG and we won't purchase anymore extended warranties. Next washer and dryer will be a speed queen! So yourself a favor and never buy LG

Good service, unfortunately the cost of the replacement part is over half the cost of the purchase price of this refrigerator from just three years ago. Will never buy LG again, not Sear's problem.
