Your technician was timely, very professional. Explain everything in detail. worked very neat knew exactly what he was doing. Came in, Took care of the business. Completed the repair and then departed from the home. With technicians like this, I have no problem referring sears Home Service to anyone. This guy is a keeper!!! Edward was very professional, courteous and educational. He was very easy to speak with and explained everything that he was doing in detail. He did a complete diagnostic test and found the issue and resolved it quickly. If I ever have anymore issues with my appliances, I prefer to have him specifically come back.

Unfortunately, this was the worst experience with the administration side of the service. Our repair took over to get a part and our technician repair appointment was rescheduled 11 times for 6 weeks. One of the most frustrating experience we have ever had. If the technicians were not so good we would most definitely cancel our policy.
