He initially trouble shoot the initial issue. Ordered the part and set the repair schedule. He arrived and went to work right away. Install the new part and check to make sure it worked. He came previously for other repairs. as well

Even though the washing machine ended up needing to be replaced, he and his fellow repairman did what they could. I appreciate the effort they put in to try to get it repaired. My only complaint is with the shipping company who handled the parts. That company broke an essential piece of equipment and never reported the shipment as being delivered. This is no reflection on the work that Glenn and Erik did to try to resolve the issue with the machine.

Technician Dylan, entered at about 1:30 PM; Immediately began surveying situation of the malfunction and noises. After the breakdown, it was discovered that the issue was not the pulley, ordered by another technician originally. The pulleys (four) were locked or not functionally properly. Technician Dylan made an analysis; found the required pulleys on board in his vehicle and repaired. The machine was put back in place and the outlet hardware lined up and sealed to complete the job. Upon test, the LG Tronn was back in service and operating at the inspected quietness in a matter of minutes. "Hats Off" to Technician Dylan P.
