Very knowledgeable and work hard in trying to fix my refrigerator. I have been without my refrigerator for over a month because first American home warranty refused to get me a new one because they wanted to see if it could be fix; even after two different technician and it was not fixable. He was the third technician that came out and said the same diagnosis.

Although everybody would prefer cheaper prices, we cannot complain about the service or the process to get the service. Lots of contact from the company keeping us informed about the upcoming appointment. John arrived when expected and was friendly, professional, informative, helpful, and fully engaged in making sure we knew exactly what the issue is and how it can be resolved.
