Richard was a few minutes early. He quickly identified the problem. He had in his car the pump that needed to be replaced and did the work right away and fast. Expensive but worth it.

Desmond communicated with me that he will be running behind schedule. My appointment window is between 8am to 12 noon. He arrived right at the time estimated . Desmond discovered one of the too many problems with my refrigerator which has been in service since March by Sears and I worked with multiple technicians . Desmond had fixed what is causing my ice maker and freezer why it's not working properly due to temperature issue and among other reasons . I am waiting till this evening to see ice in my dispenser . But I feel confident this issue will be resolved.

Dmitri arrived on schdule. he greeted us and listened to our issue. He then handled the problem with our refrigerator profesionaly. Before leaving he explained what he had done to correct the malfunction.
