Brent's service
Brent is very good. He is knowledgeable and fixed the issue quickly. The real problem is dealing with Sears customer service. Their phone system is all AI. Their website is equally bad. When you finally get to talk to someone, they just read what you already know from their website. It's absolutely terrible.

John came out same day as my service request, looked over my freezer, made a few adjustments and gave me some pointers to fix my frost issue. He did not try to upsell me on parts I didnt need and was very honest. He took the time to look over my freezer and help resolve my problem in a polite and professional manner.
