My goodness, where do I start? Allen is simply amazing! You cannot afford to lose him as one of your technicians because he's great with people, great at explaining things and an excellent technician. Our washer and dryer were both overhauled by him and he did such an excellent job. We are so pleased. I suggest giving Allen a raise so you don't risk losing him to someone else who will pay him more. He's worth it!
