Repair was great! In and out with no issues. My issue is with the automated phone line. You cannot reach a real person and it took me 3 weeks for a 5 minute fix because the system thought the part had not arrived and cancelled my original appointment. But that was no fault of the repairman.

I recently had my LG washer repaired by Sears Home Services, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I scheduled the appointment, the communication was clear and professional. Technician Joel arrived on time, was friendly, respectful, and clearly very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what was wrong in a way that I could understand, and got to work right away. He came fully prepared with the necessary tools and parts, which meant no delays or extra trips. In less than an hour, my washer was running smoothly again! What I appreciated most was Joel's honesty and efficiency, he didn't try to upsell anything unnecessary, and he made sure to test everything before he left. He even gave me tips on how to maintain the washer to prevent future issues. I highly recommend Sears Home Services, especially if you're lucky enough to get Joel as your technician. 5-star experience!
